The objective of this module is to prepare founders for investor readiness by helping them master communication, pitching, and fundraising skills. Students will learn how to craft compelling stories, build professional pitch decks, understand startup valuation, and explore various funding instruments. This phase is designed to develop confidence, strategic thinking, and financial clarity to effectively engage with investors and scale their ventures.
By the end of this module, students will be able to communicate their startup vision with clarity and persuasion, create investor-ready pitch materials, and develop a strong fundraising strategy. They will gain practical experience in handling investor questions, negotiating terms, and presenting their ventures in front of real investors during the Demo Day — marking the culmination of their journey from ideation to execution.
