What we do6 pillars

More than money.

Six capabilities a founder outside the metros normally has to assemble alone. We run all six, from inside the company.

01

Product co-building

The problem

Almost every first-time founder can describe the product precisely and cannot get it built. Agencies quote for a scope and leave; contractors need a spec that only a technical co-founder could write.

What we do

We don’t advise from a deck — we embed. A product designer and a tech lead sit inside your team, run the sprints, and ship an MVP that real customers actually use.

What you get

An MVP in front of real customers, built by people who are still there when the first version turns out to be wrong.

The problem

A company from a smaller city is read as a smaller company before anyone opens the product. The discount is applied by customers, by candidates and by investors, and it compounds.

What we do

A company in Bhagalpur should be able to look like it was built in Bombay. We handle naming, identity, voice and the story that makes customers and investors lean in.

What you get

A name, an identity and a story that survive contact with a customer who has never heard of your city.

02

Brand & positioning

03

Distribution access

The problem

First customers are the hardest thing to buy and the easiest thing to underestimate. Non-metro markets run on trade bodies, dealer networks and people who have to be met in person.

What we do

Your first 100 customers shouldn’t be a mystery. We open up our network of channel partners, trade bodies and on-ground operators across non-metro India.

What you get

A route to the first hundred customers with real names on it, instead of a plan to run ads.

The problem

Founders outside the metros raise later, smaller and slower — not because the companies are worse, but because there is nobody in the room who has done it before.

What we do

We write the first cheque and stay close to the cap table — then actively work the next round, from angels to institutional, when the metrics are ready. We co-invest at the seed round on the same terms as everyone else, and we stay on the cap table as an active, useful shareholder — not a passive name in a spreadsheet.

What you get

A first cheque without a two-month process, and someone working the next round before you need it.

04

Capital & follow-ons

05

Talent pairing

The problem

The right senior hire changes a company’s trajectory, and is the single hardest thing to find from a city where the talent pool has not been mapped.

What we do

The right CTO or growth lead changes the trajectory of a company. We match founders with proven operators from a community that wants to build outside the metros.

What you get

Introductions to operators who have already decided they want to build outside the metros.

The problem

The unglamorous half of a company — incorporation, compliance, banking, payroll — is where early months quietly disappear, and where a mistake is expensive to unwind two years later.

What we do

Incorporation, compliance, banking, payroll, legal — all the unglamorous infrastructure set up correctly from week one, so you spend your energy on the product.

What you get

The company set up correctly from week one, so the founder’s attention is spent on the product.

Operational scaffold

Next

Six months, five stages, one shared calendar.

The pillars are what we bring. How they are actually sequenced — and what happens in each of the six months — is the next page.
